Seminary Summer Courses
As some of you know, last spring I interviewed with seminaries for full-time teaching positions in worship (after all, why else get a PhD? I asked myself). After some intensive discerning, I realized that my commitment to continuing education through the workshop and keynote opportunities I have right now was so strong that I said, “No” – for now. BUT… I am still deeply committed to being part of the process of training ministers through seminary education, as I have been through adjunct teaching already at several seminaries. This year I will be guesting at five seminaries! What fun and what a great opportunity to get to know many wonderful seminary institutions. I’ll make guest appearances in classes and worship at Drew Theological School, Wesley Theological Seminary and Perkins School of Theology. And I will be teaching intensive courses this summer at Pacific School of Religion and Drew Theological School.
